Tariff Amendment

 

 

Government Gazette No. 36952, R.812 dated 25 October 2013 (NO. 6/3/37).

 

In terms of section 75 of the Customs and Excise Act, 1964, Part 3 of Schedule No. 6 to the said Act is hereby amended to the extent set out in the Schedule hereto.

 

 

SCHEDULE

 

By the substitution of Note 6(ij)(ii)(aa)(C) in Part 3 of Schedule No. 6 with the following:

(C) that are nominated on a valid commercial fishing permit issued by the Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries in terms of the Marine Living Resources Act, 1998 (Act No. 18 of 1998);
