Tariff Amendment 1

Government Gazette 37393, R.153 dated 7 March 2014 (NO. 1/1/1484).

In terms of section 48 of the Customs and Excise Act, 1964, Part 1 of Schedule No. 1 to the said Act is hereby amended to the extent set out in the Schedule hereto.

Tariff Amendment 2

Government Gazette 37393, R.154 dated 7 March 2014 (NO. 2/1/355).

In terms of section 56 of the Customs and Excise Act, 1964, Part 1 of Schedule No. 2 to the said Act is hereby amended, with retrospective effect from 26 October 2007, to the extent set out in the Schedule hereto.

Under section 57A(2) of the Customs and Excise Act, 1964, the provisional payment in relation to anti-dumping duty imposed through Notice No. R.706 of Government Gazette 36866 dated 27 September 2013 is hereby withdrawn,
