	Tariff Amendments 17 September 2015

Please note that Government Gazette and Government Notice numbers were not available at the time of publication.

Please note further that an amendment to Schedule No. 1, with retrospective effect from 1 April 2015,
has been released however, this was not available for download from the South African Revenue Service's
website at the time of publication.

The amendment was by the insertion of "Seychelles" to General Note K.6 as requested by the Minister of
Trade and Industry following the accession of Seychelles’ to the SADC Protocol on Trade.

Tariff Amendment 1

Reference: 3/1/711

In terms of section 75 of the Customs and Excise Act, 1964, Part 1 of Schedule No. 3 to the said Act is hereby amended to the extent set out in the Schedule hereto.

By the deletion of the following:
