Tariff Amendment 1

 

Government Gazette 37606, R.335 dated 9 May 2014 (NO. 1/1/1489).

 

In terms of section 48 of the Customs and Excise Act, 1964, Part 1 of Schedule No. 1 to the said Act is hereby amended to the extent set out in the Schedule hereto.

In terms of section 56 of the Customs and Excise Act, 1964, Part 1 of Schedule No. 2 to the said Act is hereby amended to the extent set out in the Schedule hereto.

(b) does not affect exports of chain directly imported from the manufacturers prior to the substitution.
