Government Gazette 37631, R.361 dated 16 May 2014 (DAR/138).

 

Under section 120 of the Customs and Excise Act, 1964, the rules published in Government Notice R.1874 of
8 December 1995 are hereby amended to the extent set out in the Schedule hereto.

 

 

SCHEDULE
 

(a) By the insertion of item 202.00 of the Schedule to the Rules of the following form:

 

CR 1

General Application for Customs Refund: Voucher of Correction - Submission of documents in terms of Rule 76.04
